  1. The voting period is from June 16 to August 1, 2003.
  2. All readers of Cosmopolitan and their friends and family, whether male or female are welcome to vote. Voters can vote as many times and in as many ways as they want. An online vote counts as one (1) vote. An SMS vote counts as two (2) votes.
  3. Votes may be cast in two ways:
    :: ONLINE VOTING
      Log on to www.femalenetwork.com/bachelors and click on the link VOTE ONLINE.
    *You can only vote once a day for your favorite bachelor.
    :: SMS VOTING
    STEP 1: REGISTER.
    Type COSMOBACHELOR REG <fullname> <age> <e-mail>

    STEP 2: VOTE.
    Type COSMOBACHELOR VOTE <number code of bachelor>

    *P2.50 will be charged for each message sent.

  4. Running tally of online and SMS votes will be available at the ONLINE VOTING PAGE. SMS votes will be updated daily (weekdays only).
  5. Cosmo’s 10 Celebrity Centerfolds of the Year will be chosen based on the online and SMS votes of the Cosmo readers (20%) and the discretion of the Cosmo editorial staff (80%).
  6. The bachelor with the highest SMS and online votes wins the Cosmo Readers’ Choice Bachelor of the Year award.
  7. The results will be tallied by the editorial and marketing teams of Cosmopolitan and will be announced in a special mini-magazine that will come out with the September 2003 issue of Cosmopolitan.
